Amazon & A Call For Collaborators
Supraman is now available for download on Amazon.com! Just click on the link above to go straight to the album download page. Thanks everyone for the support so far -- it has been amazing to hear all of the positive comments, grow to over 100 Facebook fans in less than a week, and see downloads roll in from 4 different continents already.
I'm also announcing an open call for collaborators. All of the tracks on Supraman are instrumental, but for my next project I would like to team up with a talented vocalist. I have some new material in the works so if you or someone you know would be a good fit, drop me a note using the email address on this site. You can also get in contact if you are interested in licensing tracks for use in film, soundtracks, games, or elsewhere.
Supraman Officially Published
I'm excited to announce that as of July 23 my new album Supraman has officially been published. You can buy the CD or download the album using the CD Baby and DigStation links above. Stay tuned over the next few weeks to see the album on iTunes, Amazon, Grooveshark and more!
I want to say a HUGE thank you to Jeremy for designing this awesome website, Dom for being the first to buy the album literally within minutes of its release, Toshiro for listening to all of my rough tracks along the way, my father Neville at Synery Sound for mastering all of the tracks and guiding me through the release process, and of course all of my friends who have been listening to my music and spreading the word about the new album.
Supraman
Supraman started nearly a decade ago in my hometown of Chimacum, WA when my father introduced me to Acid Pro and I began building tracks in my free time. The project stalled when I left for Harvard and remained shelved until 2008 when I packed my bags, left San Francisco for Sydney, and rediscovered music.
This album represents the best of my early days mixed with new material influenced by my life in Sydney and Tokyo. It brings to mind urban cityscapes side by side with memories of my champagne gold Mercedes, country towns, and causing trouble with the good old boys.
